🎯 Job Description
As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will support accurate billing, timely collections, and financial record maintenance across client campaigns and internal reporting.
You will work closely with affiliate, operational, and analytical teams to ensure financial integrity and support reliable financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices in line with client contract terms
- Track outgoing invoices and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
- Collaborate with affiliate and accounting teams to reconcile billing with project scope and timelines
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in accounting ERP systems
- Ensure accurate data entry for all revenue and expense transactions
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate internal approvals
- Work with Operations to collect required financial documentation
- Assist in tracking project budgets and campaign spend to prevent overruns
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes (Reconciliation, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L)
- Contribute to financial system upgrades and tool implementations
📌 Requirements
- Based in Warsaw and available to work from the office 3 times per week
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, billing, or accounting-related operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
- Experience with accounting or financial systems
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
