🎯 Job Description
As an Intern Email Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Middle and Senior Email Marketing Managers and gain hands-on experience in launching, monitoring, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
You will learn to work with enterprise-level ESP platforms, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, email infrastructure, deliverability, and modern marketing tools.
This role is a great fit for someone with a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in performance and email marketing.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Middle and Senior Email Marketing Managers on launching and optimizing email campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics
- Support daily operational processes within the Email Marketing department
- Analyze campaign launch results and suggest improvements
- Work with audience segmentation and database optimization
- Assist with configuring domains and email infrastructure
- Participate in A/B testing of content, offers, and campaign strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on launching new projects
- Monitor deliverability quality and domain reputation
- Learn to work with enterprise-level ESP platforms and modern marketing tools
- Gradually take ownership of your own campaigns and projects
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes, experiments, and testing
📌 Requirements
- English level: Intermediate or higher
- Basic understanding of email marketing principles and ESP platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge will be an advantage
- Practical experience using AI tools for content-related tasks
- Strong self-organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
- Readiness to work with technical tasks and learn new platforms
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment
- Strong interest in developing specifically in performance and email marketing
- Ability to learn quickly and work with large amounts of information
- Technical mindset and strong attention to detail
