🎯 Job Description

We’re looking for an AI-powered AI Web Designer to create and launch landing pages, opt-in pages, and email templates for our newsletter network at a high pace.

This is not a traditional UI/UX role focused on polishing a single screen for weeks. Instead, you will own the process end-to-end: turning source material into live pages, making fast design decisions, and delivering multiple projects with speed, accuracy, and strong visual quality.

You will work with AI as a core part of your workflow, using it to generate, refine, and accelerate both design and content production, while ensuring that each page feels visually distinct and aligned with its own brand identity.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Turn existing source materials into page-ready content
• Generate design concepts using AI and refine them manually or with AI tools
• Build and launch landing pages and opt-in pages using website builders
• Connect forms and ensure pages are visually correct, responsive, and bug-free across desktop and mobile
• Design and launch email templates in Beehiiv or similar platforms alongside landing pages
• Create visually distinct, non-templated designs so that each landing page and opt-in feels like its own brand
• Own the workflow from source material to live URL
• Deliver multiple live landing and opt-in pages per week

📌 Requirements

• Portfolio of live, shipped landing pages, preferably builder-based, demonstrating diverse visual styles rather than repeated templates
• Hands-on experience with website builders such as Webflow, Framer, Vercel v0, Lovable, or similar tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Strong understanding of landing page structure, conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and user experience
• Excellent attention to detail across typography, spacing, responsiveness, forms, links, and overall quality assurance
• Ability to maintain consistency with established brand guidelines, design systems, and tone of voice while making independent design and content decisions
• Proven experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar as an essential part of the creative workflow
• Strong prompting and iterative refinement skills, including AI-assisted copy editing and visual asset generation
• Strong written English (B2+/C1+) with the ability to create effective prompts, refine AI-generated content, and ensure natural, high-quality copy
• Excellent self-organization, ownership, and proactive communication
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, report progress regularly, identify blockers early, and thrive in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision

• Experience with newsletter platforms or opt-in subscription pages
• Understanding of what drives sign-ups, including subscribe flow, lead magnets, opt-in placement, and conversion for email-first pages
• Experience with email template design and its technical specifics, including inline CSS, table layouts, dark mode, and client rendering differences across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail
• Basic brand identity skills, including logo, palette, and typography development for small brand systems
