🎯 Job Description
As a Middle Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, financial reporting, and operational financial control across client campaigns and internal processes.
You will work closely with affiliate, operational, and analytical teams to maintain financial integrity, prepare financial statements, and support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and clear reporting.
This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, high attention to detail, and professional corporate communication.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes (Reconciliation, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, P&L)
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Create project budgets and monitor campaign spend to prevent overruns
- Build and update rolling forecasts
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget / forecast)
- Maintain up-to-date financial records in accounting systems
- Optimize and automate Excel-based reports and dashboards
- Manage outgoing invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure accurate data entry for all revenue and expense transactions
- Collaborate with affiliate and accounting teams to reconcile billing with project scope and timelines
- Work with Operations to collect required documentation
- Contribute to financial system improvements and tool implementations
📌 Requirements
- Based in Warsaw and available to work from the office 3 times per week
- 3+ years of experience in finance, billing, or accounting-related operations
- Proven experience preparing Financial Statements (Reconciliation, P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling basics)
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional corporate communication skills
- Calm, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
