🎯 Job Description
As a Promotions Coordinator, you will own the complete operational lifecycle of offer setup — from ID creation and tracking configuration to compliance checks, creative coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
This role is ideal for someone highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance marketing environment where accuracy and discipline are critical.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Full offer setup (IDs, groups, previews, creatives, feature parameters)
- Tracking configuration and validation (ClickMagick / RedTrack / Voluum)
- Ensuring full compliance: API data, unsubscribe texts, Optizmo / Heiser submissions, maintaining compliance sheets
- Coordinating with creative managers and marketing teams for timely asset delivery
- Daily communication and status updates across internal systems
- Monitoring key performance indicators after launch and preparing reports
- Incident handling and technical troubleshooting on active offers
- Supporting additional niches or projects when required
📌 Requirements
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Productivity, initiative, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining structured processes
- Experience in performance marketing or related tools is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ClickMagick / RedTrack / Voluum (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
- English level: Intermediate+ (for internal communication and documentation)
